1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Apparel Stock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and suppliers.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to: (a) provide accurate order specifications, (b) make timely payments, (c) inspect goods upon receipt, (d) report issues within 48 hours, and (e) not engage in fraudulent purchasing behavior.
4. Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers agree to: (a) maintain accurate product listings, (b) fulfill orders within stated lead times, (c) comply with all quality standards, (d) provide valid business documentation, and (e) maintain ethical manufacturing practices.
5. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are agreed between buyer and supplier. Apparel Stock may facilitate payments but is not responsible for disputes between parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on Apparel Stock is owned by or licensed to us. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission. Product listings remain the intellectual property of respective suppliers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Apparel Stock acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for: product quality, shipping delays, supplier disputes, or indirect/consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through our internal mediation process. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification.
