1. Supplier Obligations
Suppliers must maintain accurate product listings, fulfill orders within stated lead times, provide genuine product images, and respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours. All listed products must be available and ready for production or shipment as described.
2. Quality Standards
All products must meet the quality specifications listed. Suppliers must implement quality control checks before shipment. Defect rates exceeding 3% may result in mandatory corrective actions or account suspension.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices listed must be accurate and include all applicable costs except shipping. Suppliers receive payment within 7 business days of confirmed delivery. Apparel Stock charges a 3-5% platform commission on completed transactions.
4. Compliance & Ethics
Suppliers must comply with all local labor laws, environmental regulations, and international standards (BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX). Child labor, forced labor, and unsafe working conditions are strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
Suppliers warrant that all products and designs listed do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between suppliers and buyers are first mediated through Apparel Stock's resolution center. If unresolved within 14 days, the matter is escalated to independent arbitration in accordance with Bangladesh Arbitration Act.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Apparel Stock may immediately suspend supplier accounts for violation of these terms, quality failures, or fraudulent activity.
